  Worst establishment I have EVER dealt with. We ordered food from them for delivery. I was worried after reading the reviews about them getting the orders wrong and quality of food, but we did it any way. MISTAKE! The order was wrong so we called and kindly asked if they would replace my portion of the order. They offered to replace my sandwich, but not my fries. The fries were already soggy and gross and now they want me to eat them now, alone, or cold/reheated when my new sandwich comes in ANOTHER 45ish minutes. She also informed me why she wouldn't replace the fries, "Because we didn't get those wrong." What? There's nothing right about them. They are so soggy and limp. Finally asked to speak to the manager. Well, don't bother because the manager doesn't have time to speak to anyone! After trying to rectify the situation the "wonderful" lady on the phone informed me they have never had this happen before. Have you read your own reviews (Yelp)??? They also wouldn't give us a refund so we had to opt to have them deliver another sandwich, for no reason, because I am not eating something made by an establishment that clearly doesn't care what they produce or how they rectify a poor situation. Since I have to pay for it, sure, they can drive out here again. I feel bad for the delivery driver caught in the crossfires, but he was tipped. Find a better work place where people believe in customer service and good food.

  I ordered food dilivery and many of the items were missing. I called and let them know, and they said they would send the guy back with them. He never returned. I spent 55 dollars on not great food and didn't even get my entire order. Poor instrument service and good quality

  Waited almost 2 hours for a delivery. Called after an hour & was told that they had been busy. Food finally arrived & was cold. Cheese sticks & sauce were cold. Philly cheesesteak was soggy. Have ordered from here before & had better service. Really disappointed.

  I have been here a few times. It is terrible for subs and customer service. My last order was online and for delivery for subs, wings and stromboli....they called me an hour later and told me I had to come pick it up because it was already sitting there and they had no driver. They told me they would give me 25% off and throw in some free garlic knots for making me have to come pick up my order and for it getting cold. But when I got there, they didn't give me any garlic knots and told me they would not discount me until the next time I came in. Wow. How crappy is that? I will never go back there - you can check out the picture of the pitiful Italian sub I was given along with my cold food that we finally got to eat nearly 2 hours later. The one in Garner is the go to spot - NOT Knightdale.
